Mike the Tiger - Baton Rouge, LA

Meet Mike the Tiger, LSU's roaring mascot in Baton Rouge since 1936. Currently, he is Mike VII, residing in the specially designed Tiger Habitat on campus. Apart from adding a wild touch to LSU events, Mike embodies the university's spirit and commitment to wildlife conservation and education. We had the opportunity to visit Baton Rouge in the summer of 2023 and capture these amazing close-ups! Fortunately, we were lucky that day as he was in a good mood and playful.
